Renee has over 15 years of experience in partnership development, business management, and operations, including eight years of overseas study and work exposure. She holds a degree in Marketing and Management from Auckland University of Technology.

Renee has extensive experience in corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, business development, and government relations. She has built teams from the ground up, managed a 50-person sales force, and scaled cross-border commercial initiatives.

She has also played a central role in venture ecosystem development. Renee built six early-stage VC accelerator programmes, led more than 10 investments, and supported over 60 startups in entering and expanding across the China market, helping founders secure partnerships, refine go-to-market strategies, and navigate regulatory and business environments.
