Minh leads Gobi’s operations in Vietnam and brings a strong entrepreneurial background, having invested in or co-founded several companies, including Rever.vn, a leading PropTech business in Vietnam.

He played a key role in establishing the technology investment initiatives at VinFast, Vietnam’s electric vehicle manufacturer under the Vingroup conglomerate. Minh also served as Country Head for FinAccel, where he introduced Kredivo to the Vietnamese market and led its early expansion.

Before returning to Vietnam, Minh spent more than five years in management consulting at BCG and in project finance and transactions at EY in Europe. He gained his initial venture capital experience at Total Energy Ventures, the corporate VC arm of Total.

Minh holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from École Polytechnique (France) and completed further studies in Finance and Private Equity at the London School of Economics.
