Erdem Dereli served as Vice Chairman of the TOBB Istanbul Young Entrepreneurs Board, representing second- and third-generation leaders of Türkiye’s family businesses aged 18 to 40. Delegates under 40 from the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce elected him to the role. He also served as Vice Chairman of Young MUSIAD.

At DEIK, under the Ministry of Trade, he served as Vice Chairman of the Türkiye–Saudi Arabia Business Council and was the youngest vice chairman among more than 100 councils at the time. He led the first Türkiye–Saudi Arabia technology acceleration programme, launching “Startup Expo” and “Invest Up” in collaboration with the Investment Office of the Presidency and Borsa Istanbul. He also sat on the executive committees of the Portugal and Norway Business Councils.

He became a founding member of the Renewable Energy Council Asia Pacific, launched at COP29 with ministerial participation from Australia and Malaysia.

He received the “Best Venture Capitalist” award at the 7th Burj CEO Awards in 2024 and the “Excellence in Finance & Investments” award from the Asian Arab Chamber of Commerce in 2025. He holds 47 registered trademarks and mentors entrepreneurs across Türkiye and Europe.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bogazici University and serves on the advisory boards of Marmara University’s Innovation and Technology Transfer Application and Research Center and Istanbul Technical University’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (GINOVA).
