Dan joined Gobi in 2018 and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate venture investment.

Before Gobi, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Singapore’s MediaCorp, where he completed several M&A transactions and led investments in growth-stage startups. His career has also given him deep exposure to corporate investors, entrepreneurs, and fund managers across the region.

Dan oversees corporate governance at Gobi, drawing on his experience in well-governed organisations, including government-linked companies, multinational corporations, and Big Four audit firms.
