Carlo Chen-Delantar is the Co-founder and Partner of the Gobi-Core Philippine Fund, where he leads deal flow, startup database development, communications, and relationships with government and non-government partners.

Carlo is an award-winning social entrepreneur working at the intersection of environmental innovation and sustainability in the Philippines. He is the Co-founder of Altum, where he collaborates with hotels, retailers, and brands to bring sustainable designs from concept to production.

He also serves as Country Director of Waves for Water (W4W). His work in humanitarian response and community development has earned national recognition, including the Development Award and the Bayanihan Award from President Rodrigo Duterte.

Carlo has been recognised globally as one of Asia’s leading young innovators. He was named to the Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list in 2018 under Social Entrepreneurs and has been included in multiple “Top 30 Under 30” lists for his contributions to sustainability and impact.
