The Gobi Internship Programme provides selected candidates with exposure across multiple functions within the firm, reflecting the integrated nature of a venture platform. Interns may work with teams spanning:
- Investment
- Research and market intelligence
- Marketing and communications
- Sustainability and ESG
- Operations and administration
- Human resources and platform support
This cross-functional exposure provides insight into how investment decisions are sourced, evaluated, communicated, structured, and supported across diverse markets. The programme is designed to build institutional awareness and capital literacy, rather than short-term transactional experience.
WHAT INTERNS CONTRIBUTE TO

PROGRAMME FORMAT
Internships are offered on a limited basis across Gobi’s regional offices. Duration and structure vary depending on placement and academic schedules.
Participation does not guarantee future employment. However, the firm maintains long-term relationships with individuals who demonstrate strong alignment with its operating model and standards.
